Relationship Manager -

We are seeking dynamic and client-focused Relationship Managers to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned sales targets through direct sales efforts and channel partners/agents.
  • Generate new business opportunities by meeting daily prospecting and lead generation targets.
  • Achieve tele-calling KPIs, including the required number of connected calls and client interactions.
  • Maintain high levels of sales activity to ensure a healthy pipeline and consistent business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to ensure client satisfaction with products and services.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client portfolios.
  • Introduce clients to additional products and services offered by the company.
  • Attend client meetings to strengthen relationships and develop long-term partnerships.
  • Achieve client relationship targets and KPIs as defined by the Head of Sales.
  • Work closely with Account Managers and Sales Administration teams to ensure seamless client servicing.
  • Address client concerns proactively and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records and updates within the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client requirements are fulfilled effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Sales, Relationship Management, Business Development, or Client Acquisition.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-oriented mindset with the ability to consistently achieve sales KPIs.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools is preferred.
  • International exposure and experience working with high-net-worth or global clientele will be considered an advantage.
  • **Language Preference: Fluent speakers of Turkish, Japanese, Korean, Malay, Thai, or Vietnamese are highly preferred. Candidates with strong passports and ease of international mobility will be given preference.**
