Responsibilities
- Represent the Front Office and hotel when senior management is absent; address guest complaints, requests, and inquiries.
- Conduct property rounds and checklist-based inspections, and submit reports.
- Review arrivals, accommodate VIPs and special room requests, and escort VIP guests to their rooms.
- Monitor room availability and manage overbooking, including late-night turnaways when necessary.
- Promote in-house sales through knowledge of hotel facilities and daily activities.
- Share special requests, departures, room changes, and other guest information with relevant departments.
- Monitor night cleaning and hotel cleanliness, including back-of-house areas.
- Ensure team members are appropriately dressed and prepared; maintain good colleague relationships and delegate staff duties.
- Keep senior management informed of operational ideas and communicate with department heads and line managers.
- Attend mandatory training and take on additional duties requested by management.
Experience requirement
- Three years of Night Manager experience is required.
