Location and schedule

  • The role is based at E3 NEST.
  • The stated shift is Monday to Friday, 06:00–14:30.

The role

Support accurate and cost-effective transport workforce operations by managing schedule and assignment changes, processing time cards, and reducing payroll discrepancies.

Work alongside the transport management team and serve as a point of contact for warehouse drivers.

Onboarding and systems training are provided for internal platforms, including Oracle, My TMSS, and Yapster.

What you’ll take on

  • Manage employee assignment details and schedule updates in Oracle to protect terms and conditions and prevent pay queries.
  • Input and track holiday bookings in My TMSS and Oracle; escalate out-of-process absence bookings through the NEST ASM.
  • Complete and validate time cards, weekly overpayment trackers, and PWW reporting.
  • Launch site incentives via Yapster and Team Talks during unplanned volume spikes, and validate completed overtime hours for payroll processing.
  • Resolve employee and management queries across HR, training, administration, and payroll confidentially and appropriately.
  • Coach transport managers on employee self-service tools and internal systems; review processes for efficiency improvements.

What you’ll bring

  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, including formulas and interpretation of operational data.
  • Ability to stay calm, multitask, and deliver high standards in a fast-paced environment with tight timescales.
  • A proactive, self-sufficient approach to resolving queries across departments from start to finish.
  • Clear, professional verbal and written communication and a team-first approach.
  • Strong organisation, time management, attention to detail, and discretion with sensitive employee information.
  • Transport knowledge is desirable.
