What you will do
- Shadow experienced developers and participate in full life-cycle development.
- Help create and enhance applications using backend and front-end technologies, including C#, .NET, Vue.js, HTML, and CSS.
- Write readable, maintainable code that meets user requirements and agreed quality standards.
- Work with the team to troubleshoot, identify, and resolve bugs.
- Implement, test, and deploy code changes following the development process.
- Take part in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews.
- Use AI tools such as Copilot, Gemini, and NotebookLM to streamline work and improve efficiency.
What you will bring
- Current study towards a STEM degree or master's degree that includes a 12-month placement; applicants must have a dedicated placement year.
- Applicants should be on track for a 2:1 or higher; Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field is preferred.
- Basic understanding of languages and technologies such as C#, VB.NET, Vue.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong interest in software and a self-motivated desire to learn.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies.
- Good communication, listening, structured thinking, and collaboration skills.
