This is a 12-month technology placement providing hands-on experience in full lifecycle development.

What you’ll do
- Shadow developers and participate in full lifecycle development.
- Help create and enhance applications using backend and frontend technologies including C#, .NET, Vue.js, HTML and CSS.
- Write readable, maintainable code that meets user requirements and agreed quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs with the team; implement, test and deploy code changes.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning and code reviews.
- Use AI tools such as Copilot, Gemini and NotebookLM to streamline work and improve efficiency.
What you’ll bring
- Study toward a STEM degree on track for a 2:1 or higher, or a STEM Master's degree, with a 12-month placement.
- A relevant subject such as Computer Science or Information Technology is ideal.
- Basic understanding of C#, VB.NET, Vue.js, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Strong interest in software, motivation to learn and ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Good communication, listening, structured thinking and collaboration skills.
