Strategy and multiunit leadership
- Implement retail operations strategy in line with each brand’s image and identity, planning, controlling, and adjusting operational objectives.
- Lead branch managers and the country retail stores team, setting team and individual objectives to deliver brand experience and performance.
Financial planning and performance
- Analyze country and store financial data and develop action plans to deliver daily key results.
- Forecast sales yearly, seasonally, monthly, weekly, and daily, including store- and country-level P&L forecasts.
- Prepare and discuss annual and seasonal budgets and produce an annual business operating plan.
- Prepare and present revenue, profit, and cash targets and plan to achieve financial KPIs.
Store operations and growth
- Propose business partnerships and joint planning; develop mechanisms to identify and secure business growth opportunities.
- Implement company policies and procedures and maintain compliance with laws, regulations, and safety and security standards.
- Ensure quality, customer service, and health and safety standards are met; resolve issues and report appropriate information to the Retail Operations Manager.
- Maintain store appearance and planogram-compliant displays, and make key stock-control decisions.
- Propose promotions, displays, and events; monitor industry trends and local competitors.
- Initiate business improvements, including changes to opening hours, shifts, staffing density, and stock density.
- Liaise with local authorities, media, malls, and the community; manage day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma.
- Excellent reporting, organization, networking, and analysis skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and demonstrate strong communication, critical analysis, organization, accuracy, attention to detail, and achievement orientation.
- Ability to understand and operate in accordance with country commercial and labor laws.
