Public Relations Officer

A local large conglomerate is looking to hire a PRO (Public Relations Officer), who would be responsible for the following:
- Manage UAE incorporations, share transfers, liquidations, capital reductions, and other corporate actions with relevant authorities.
- Ensure timely renewal and maintenance of trade licenses, permits, Chamber memberships, import codes, establishment cards, and tenancy registrations.
- Liaise with government bodies, free zones, and regulatory authorities to secure approvals, permits, and regulatory clearances.
- Coordinate notarization and legalization of powers of attorney and other corporate documents for legal, treasury, and business purposes.
- Facilitate court, police, and government clearances, including removal of license restrictions and compliance-related matters.
- Manage attestation and legalization of corporate and personal documents through the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs, embassies, and consulates.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a PRO/Manager – PRO in the UAE, with established relationships across relevant government departments and authorities (e.g. DED, Dubai Courts, Dubai Police, Chamber of Commerce, GDRFA, MOHRE).
- Strong working knowledge of UAE company incorporation, licensing, immigration and notarization procedures.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
