Job Summary
Seeking a highly analytical and strategically minded Performance & KPI Analyst to drive organizational performance excellence and support data-driven decision-making.
The role designs and manages KPIs, implements OKRs, and cascades strategic objectives into measurable departmental and functional targets.
Requires understanding of enterprise performance management, strategic planning, and performance measurement frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and manage corporate and departmental KPIs aligned with organizational strategy.
- Lead and support implementation of OKR frameworks and alignment between corporate and departmental objectives.
- Facilitate cascading of strategic objectives into measurable goals, KPIs, and targets.
- Establish KPI definitions, measurement methodologies, targets, and reporting standards.
- Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to define performance expectations and monitor progress.
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards, performance scorecards, and management reports.
- Analyze KPI results, identify performance gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate periodic performance reviews, OKR alignment sessions, and strategic performance discussions.
- Monitor strategic initiatives and assess contribution to organizational objectives.
- Ensure data accuracy, reporting reliability, and performance governance standards.
- Partner with Strategy, Finance, HR, and other functions to strengthen cross-functional alignment.
- Identify opportunities to automate performance monitoring, reporting, and data visualization.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Finance, Strategic Management, or a related field.
- 3-10 years of relevant experience in corporate performance management, KPI development, OKR implementation, strategic planning, or business performance analysis.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of KPI frameworks, OKR methodologies, and strategic objective cascading.
- Proven experience translating corporate strategies into measurable departmental objectives and performance targets.
- Experience designing performance scorecards, executive dashboards, and management reporting frameworks.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
- Understanding of strategic performance frameworks such as the Balanced Scorecard (BSC).
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Good command of Arabic and English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within Corporate Strategy, Enterprise Performance Management, Strategy Execution, or Organizational Excellence functions.
- Practical involvement in implementing or improving organization-wide KPI and OKR frameworks.
- Experience with performance management systems, strategic planning platforms, or reporting automation.
- Professional certifications in KPI management, OKRs, Balanced Scorecard, strategic planning, or business analytics.
