Role overview
Client-facing role with a design-led luxury real estate group specializing in bespoke ultra-luxury residential properties.
Acts as a trusted client contact throughout residential handover, from pre-handover preparation through post-handover support.
Client relations and handover
- Build relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients and provide personalized, discreet service throughout ownership.
- Coordinate end-to-end residential handovers, appointments, property presentation, and required documentation.
- Conduct property walkthroughs and explain features, finishes, systems, and operational requirements.
- Coordinate with development, construction, technical, facilities management, and aftercare teams; track defects and outstanding work through completion.
Post-handover and service delivery
- Provide property documentation, warranties, manuals, and guidance on home operations; coordinate resolution of post-handover queries.
- Coordinate transition from project completion to homeowner occupation and maintain client, handover, open-item, and follow-up records.
- Monitor client feedback and identify improvements to handover and ownership experience; protect client confidentiality.
Candidate requirements
- Previous experience in luxury real estate, residential handovers, property management, luxury hospitality, concierge services, or a similar client-facing environment.
- Experience with high-net-worth clients and highly personalized service.
- Strong organization and coordination skills, including managing multiple requests and follow-ups; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, accountable, and able to coordinate with technical and operational teams and explain information clearly to clients.
- Discretion, emotional intelligence, and professionalism are required.
- Fluent English is essential; additional languages are advantageous.
- Experience in Dubai’s luxury property market is beneficial.
