Role Overview
Seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Operations Manager to lead daily operations of a signature fine dining restaurant.
Responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining luxury service standards, and driving operational and financial success.
Requires a hands-on leader who can inspire a high-performing team and ensure flawless execution of service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including guest satisfaction, team leadership, service quality, financial performance, and compliance.
- Coordinate between front and back of house with the culinary team.
- Uphold exceptional food and beverage presentation standards.
- Drive revenue through upselling, promotions, and guest retention initiatives.
- Analyze operational performance, manage budgets and labor costs, and control expenses.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining restaurants, or upscale standalone venues.
- Strong understanding of restaurant financials, operational excellence, guest engagement, and team development is essential.
- Experience with Forbes Travel Guide, LQA, or other luxury hospitality standards is highly desirable.
- Outstanding leadership, strategic thinking, communication, decision-making, adaptability, and commitment to exceptional results.
