Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging visual content across digital, social, print, and video platforms.
• Create polished multimedia assets: graphics, motion design, animations, short-form videos, EDMs, presentations, and event collatera from concept through to final production.
• Bring a designer's eye: strong typography, considered composition, deliberate use of colour and space and the patience to defend those choices when it matters.
• Work fluently across modern design and motion platforms: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Framer, Spline, Rive, Cavalry, Cinema 4D, or Blender as the brief demands.
• Uphold and creatively apply brand guidelines to ensure a consistent visual identity across every touchpoint.
• Stay current with design trends and tools: actively integrate AI-powered design and video tools (Adobe Firefly, Adobe Express, Nano Banana Pro, GPT Image, Midjourney, Ideogram, Leonardo.AI, Krea, Magnific, Runway, Pika, Kling, Veo, Higgsfield, Topaz Video AI, Hedra, Descript) into the creative workflow to push speed, quality, and originality.
• Take direction well and iterate quickly: open to feedback, considered in response, and clear about when to push back and when to deliver.
• Edit and produce short-form video content for social, podcasts, corporate films, and event highlights using Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or Descript.
• Maintain organised file management, version control, and contributions to the central brand asset library; use Notion, Frame.io, or Dropbox for collaboration and review.
• Partner with marketing, product, and content teams to produce design solutions that meet strategic objectives and timelines.
• Juggle multiple briefs concurrently without letting quality, accuracy, or brand alignment quietly drift.
• Coordinate with external production vendors when needed such as for print, motion, photography, fabrication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in multimedia design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative work across digital, print, motion, and video.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign) and CapCut, with the ability to produce high-quality visuals across formats.
• A sharp eye and a steady hand, high craft standards held quietly and consistently across every deliverable.
• Working familiarity with modern UI and motion platforms such as Figma, Framer, Spline, Rive, or similar.
• Curious by default; the kind of designer who experiments with a new tool over the weekend, not because they have to, but because they want to.
• Active use of AI-powered design and video tools (Adobe Firefly, Nano Banana Pro, GPT Image, Midjourney, Ideogram, Leonardo.AI, Krea, Magnific, Runway, Pika, Kling, Veo, Higgsfield, Topaz, Descript) and a genuine interest in folding them into a daily workflow.
• Open to feedback, considered in response, and clear about when to iterate and when to defend a choice.
• Comfort using collaboration and project management tools (Notion, Asana, Monday, ClickUp, Frame.io, or similar) to manage a creative pipeline.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment without quality quietly slipping.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strong eye for detail and a commitment to visual consistency and quality.
