Position: Marketing Coordinator / Junior Graphic Designer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and organised Marketing Coordinator / Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing Marketing team in Dubai. This dual-natured role is perfect for a UAE National who loves both the craft of design and the energy of coordinating marketing campaigns. You'll bring ideas to life visually while helping keep our marketing activities on track and on-brand

Key Responsibilities:

· Design engaging visual content for digital and print channels — including social media graphics, email banners, presentations, brochures, and event materials.

· Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.

· Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (printers, photographers, agencies) to ensure timely delivery of assets.

· Maintain and update the content calendar, tracking deadlines and deliverables across multiple campaigns.

· Assist in managing social media accounts — drafting copy, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement.

· Ensure all creative outputs are consistent with brand guidelines and tone of voice.

· Support event coordination including preparation of materials, signage, and on-ground logistics.

· Assist in compiling marketing performance reports and preparing presentations for internal stakeholders.

· Research market trends, competitor activity, and design inspiration to inform campaigns.

Requirements and Skillsets:

· UAE National (Emirati) — required under Emiratisation mandate.

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Media, or a related field.

· 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or design role (internships and recent graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome).

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva.

· Strong eye for design, composition, and visual storytelling.

· Good understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X) and digital marketing basics.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

· Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
