Overview
AAAGENCY DMCC is a creative and digital agency based in Dubai.
We work with clients across the GCC and beyond on branding, campaigns, and content, and we're looking for a full-time Multimedia Designer to join us on-site.
This isn't a single-track role.
In any given week you might be cutting a 15-second social edit, finishing a pitch deck, and laying out a campaign key visual.
Some of our designers love that rhythm.
Some hate it.
If you know which one you are, that's useful information.
What you'll do
- Day to day, you'll design social content (static, animated, and short-form video), build pitch decks for new business and existing clients, edit and produce motion graphics, and develop campaign collateral and brand assets.
- You'll work closely with our strategy, account, and dev teams from brief through final delivery.
- Must have
- 4 to 5 years of professional design experience in the GCC
- Strong working command of After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro
- Figma for web and UI handoffs
- Practical use of at least one AI creative tool (Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, or similar) in real client work, not just experiments
- A portfolio that proves range. If everything in it is one type of work, this isn't the right role
- Solid typography and layout instincts
- Able to run several projects in parallel without dropping things
- Nice to have
- Cinema 4D, Blender, or Spline
- Arabic typography and RTL layout
- DaVinci Resolve or Audition
- Previous agency experience with GCC clients
- The practical stuff
- Dubai office, on-site, full-time.
Salary
AED 9,000 to 11,000 per month depending on experience and portfolio strength.
