Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• **Content Production:**
• Plan, shoot, and oversee the end-to-end production of high-quality photo, video, and social media content.
• **Art Direction:**
• Lead brand visuals and art direction across multiple platforms, ensuring a premium, highly consistent visual identity.
• **AI Integration:**
• Leverage advanced AI tools for design, copy, video, and audio production to improve workflows and deliver faster, high-quality results.
• **Campaign Conceptualization:**
• Design concepts and layouts for digital and outdoor campaigns, turning client briefs into compelling visual mockups and presentations.
• **Content Management:**
• Create effective content calendars that keep social channels active and organized.
• **Market Analysis:**
• Analyze competitors' campaigns and content trends to refine positioning and creative strategy.

Requirements & Qualifications

• **Experience:**
• 9+ years of solid experience in design, photography, video editing, and content creation.
• **Creative Software:**
• Expert-level proficiency in the Adobe Suite, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, Lightroom, and Illustrator.
• **AI Mastery:**
• Advanced user of AI content generation and enhancement tools (such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Elevenlabs, Runway, Sora 2, and ChatGPT).
• **Multidisciplinary Skills:**
• Strong capabilities across art direction and web content, with a dependable team-player attitude.
• **Languages:**
• Fluency in Arabic and English is highly preferred to align with the regional market.
• **Global Perspective:**
• International experience or experience working with diverse teams in the UAE or abroad.
