Steleo is a Dubai-based marketing management agency. We build brands people remember. Our work is research-led, brand-first, and built to stand the test of time. We partner with property developers, brokers, interior designers, and hospitality brands across Dubai and beyond.

THE ROLE

We are hiring a Multimedia Designer to join our in-house creative team. This role sits at the centre of our output, with a strong focus on real estate development clients. You will work across brand identity, web, social, and campaign design, translating strategy into visual work that feels considered, premium, and commercially sharp.

This is a hands-on, full-spectrum design role. You will own design work from concept to final asset, work closely with the agency lead and account team, and contribute creative direction rather than wait for it.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Design brand identities and brand guidelines for property developers and other premium clients, from logo creation through to full visual systems.

· Lead static design work across pitch decks, brochures, sales collateral, brand books, and developer presentations.

· Design websites and landing pages in close collaboration with the web development team, with a strong sense of layout, hierarchy, and UX.

· Build out portfolio and case study materials that present client work at the standard Steleo is known for.

· Design social media content for Instagram and LinkedIn, including feed posts, carousels, and story templates.

· Conceptualise and produce Reels and short-form video content, from idea through to edit.

· Maintain visual consistency across every client touchpoint and uphold the integrity of each brand system.

· Bring creative ideas to the table proactively, contributing to brand direction rather than only executing briefs.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

· A strong, relevant portfolio. This is non-negotiable. We want to see brand identity work, web design, static campaign work, and social content. Real estate, hospitality, or premium lifestyle work is a strong plus.

· Solid foundation in graphic design fundamentals, with a clear eye for typography, layout, hierarchy, and detail.

· Demonstrated experience in logo creation and building brand guideline systems.

· Confident in web design, with an understanding of how design translates into a built site.

· Ability to design and edit Reels and short-form video content to a professional standard.

· A creative mindset. You generate ideas, push concepts forward, and bring a point of view to your work.

· Self-direction. We need a designer who can take a brief and run with it, not one who waits to be told what to do at every step.

· Fluent spoken and written English.

· Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.

This role is fully in office in Dubai Marina, 5 days a week.
