What You Will Do

• Convert mortgage leads: manage and convert inbound leads from Russian-speaking clients.
• Assess eligibility: conduct client assessments and structure suitable, tailored mortgage solutions.
• Liaise with banks: coordinate with lenders and internal teams to ensure smooth end-to-end processing.
• Support sales agents: provide mortgage advisory guidance to the real estate team.

Who We Are Looking For

We’re looking for an experienced and client-focused mortgage professional who is fluent in Russian and comfortable navigating the UAE mortgage landscape. You’ll bring the following:

• Russian language fluency: native or near-native proficiency, spoken and written.
• Mortgage experience: proven background in mortgage advisory, ideally within the UAE market.
• Banking knowledge: solid understanding of UAE lenders, products, and eligibility criteria.
• Client management: ability to build trust quickly and manage client relationships with professionalism.
• Collaborative mindset: comfortable working alongside real estate agents and cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivation: driven, results-oriented, and proactive in managing your own pipeline.
