Hiring for Mortgage Consultant; **Dubai, UAE**
The Lending Tree is scaling rapidly, and we’re looking for **ambitious, high-performing Mortgage Consultants** who want more than just a job — they want a **long-term career with strong earning potential and growth**.

Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on **best-fit UAE mortgage solutions** (resale & handover)
- Manage the **end-to-end mortgage process** from lead generation to disbursement
- Coordinate with **banks, underwriters, developers, and internal teams**
- Ensure **accurate documentation, compliance, and timely follow-ups**
- Achieve **monthly sales targets** and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide a professional, transparent, and client-first advisory experience
Requirements
- Minimum **1 year of UAE experience** in sales/ client handling
- Strong communication skills in **English** (additional languages are a plus)
- Confident in **advisory selling, negotiation, and closing**
- **Target-driven, persuasive, and client-focused**
- UAE driving license **preferred but not mandatory**
