About the role

As a Mortgage Advisor, you will support clients through one of the most important financial decisions of their lives. You will guide customers through the mortgage and home finance process, from the initial consultation to completion of the mortgage, while delivering a high standard of service and building lasting relationships.

You will be responsible for understanding client needs, presenting suitable mortgage or home finance options, coordinating with banks and financial institutions, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on mortgage and home finance options available in the UAE
• Understand customer requirements and assess their financial profile and eligibility
• Guide clients through the full application process from enquiry to approval and disbursement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, banks, and referral partners
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and lead follow-up
• Keep clients informed throughout the process and provide excellent after-sales support
• Ensure all activities are conducted professionally and in line with company standards and regulatory requirements
• Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve successful case completion

Who we are looking for

We are seeking a confident and proactive individual with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, client service, and the UAE property and finance market.

Candidates should have:

• Experience as a Mortgage Advisor, Home Finance Advisor, Banking Sales Executive, Relationship Manager, or in a similar client-facing role
• Alternatively, real estate professionals with a proven sales track record and strong knowledge of the UAE property market are welcome to apply
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or Russian would be an advantage
• The ability to build trust quickly and manage client relationships professionally
• A target-driven mindset with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of the UAE real estate market and customer financing needs
• Strong organisation and follow-up skills

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
