Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on home finance and refinancing options
- Conduct eligibility assessments based on UAE bank policies
- Structure mortgage solutions tailored to client profiles
- Source new clients through brokers, developers, referrals & networking
- Handle mortgage process from pre-approval to disbursement
- Coordinate with banks and relationship managers
- Follow up consistently to ensure timely approvals
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and case updates
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years UAE mortgage experience or banking experience
- Strong knowledge of UAE bank policies and mortgage procedures
- Existing broker / banker network preferred
- Strong sales, negotiation & closing skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
