Responsibilities
- Manage mortgage-related cases within the Collections portfolio and guide clients on requirements, documentation, timelines, and payment obligations.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions on approvals, FOLs, valuations, and disbursements.
- Track pipeline status and expected payment dates; follow up on delayed approvals, bank-funded payments, and outstanding disbursements.
- Identify cases at risk of becoming overdue, escalate issues proactively, and ensure installments are collected within agreed timelines.
- Maintain accurate case records and provide updates on cases, expected collections, and pending actions.
- Coordinate with Collections CREs, Finance, Sales, CRM, and Handover to resolve mortgage matters.
- Support clients through the mortgage process in line with company procedures and contractual payment obligations.
- Escalate critical delays, rejected applications, or funding issues to relevant stakeholders.
