The internship supports employees and the IT team with technical assistance, maintenance, documentation, projects, and daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic IT and technical support to employees.
- Assist with hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Support IT documentation and system maintenance.
- Assist with ongoing IT projects and daily tasks.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
Internship Terms
- The internship lasts two months.
- The internship is non-stipend.
Workplace
- The work location is in person at the employer's Dubai office near Academic City.
