Role and schedule

Refreshment center operations

• Assist with opening and closing, preparing supplies, cleaning equipment and areas, and securing doors.
• Inventory refreshment center items, room accessories, and promotional materials; replace items as needed and maintain cleanliness and appearance.
• Record sales, restock bars, monitor availability, expiration dates, and inventory to prevent stock-outs.
• Assign rooms to attendants using computer programs, relay attendant notes to management, and prepare daily inventory lists and restocking carts.
• Order products from suppliers in emergencies, respond to guest requests, and communicate operational issues to hotel management.

Team and guest service

• Serve as a role model or mentor while working alongside employees; help communicate goals, expectations, schedules, and deadlines.
• Support teamwork, guest service, quality standards, and professional communication; welcome guests and address their service needs.
• Follow company, safety, and security policies; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions and complete safety training.

Preferred qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
• At least two years of related work experience is preferred.
• No supervisory experience is listed as a qualification; no license or certification is listed.

Physical and conduct expectations

• Work may involve extended periods standing, sitting, or walking; moving through narrow or elevated spaces and using stairs or service ramps.
• Lift, carry, push, pull, or place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance; perform reaching, bending, twisting, and fine-motor tasks.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance, protect confidential information and company assets, and perform other reasonable duties requested by supervisors.
