Scope of work
- Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues.
- Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.
- Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
- Create operational prompts and documentation for complex SaaS scenarios.
- Document recommended system changes and operational decisions.
- Assess CRM change impacts on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and other integrated tools.
- Provide insights on CRM optimization, system design, and sustainable governance.
Preferred qualifications
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
- Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
- Knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
- Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems, such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
- Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
- SaaS experience and excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
