Scope of work
- Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy, calculations, journal entries, and accounting treatments.
- Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close workpapers; identify errors and provide corrections with clear rationale.
- Assess accounting workflows and financial-systems logic across platforms including NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.
- Apply written rubrics to evaluate, rank, and grade AI-generated responses; create accounting scenarios, examples, and reference answers for training.
- Provide actionable feedback to improve model performance and accounting accuracy; support financial processes through month-end close and reporting.
Required skills
- Accounting, financial reporting, financial systems, NetSuite, GSAP, QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, account reconciliations, journal entries and month-end close, and AI training/human-data evaluation.
Preferred qualifications and other expectations
- Three or more years of hands-on experience in financial accounting, corporate accounting, audit, bookkeeping, financial reporting, management accounting, cost accounting, or FP&A with substantial accounting responsibilities is preferred.
- Preparing or reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements; experience with listed financial systems or comparable platforms is preferred.
- Familiarity with BlackLine, Bill.com, Ramp, Brex, Stripe, Avalara, Anaplan, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal English at B2 level or above; ability to work independently and meet project quality standards and deadlines.
- Reliable internet connection and immediate availability.
