Role overview

Scope of work

• Complete structured creative tasks using tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, and Milanote.
• Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
• Review creative outputs against professional design standards and established project criteria.
• Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
• Document observations and recommend improvements to creative workflows and tool usage.
• Assess composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and overall user experience.
• Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.

Required skills

• Graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, and UI/UX design.
• Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, and Mural or Milanote.
• AI training or human-data evaluation.
• Attention to detail.

Preferred qualifications

• Two or more years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, UI/UX, fashion design, presentation design, or a related creative field is preferred.
• Proficiency with relevant creative applications is preferred; comparable tools are welcome.
• Paid AI human-data experience, including labeling, annotation, RLHF, AI output evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading, is listed as preferred here; the overview separately states that prior paid AI human-data experience is required.
• Strong understanding of professional creative workflows and quality standards is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication at B2 level or above is preferred.
• No formal degree is required; practical creative experience is valued.
• Independent work, meeting remote project deadlines, reliable internet, and readiness to begin promptly are preferred.
