Senior AI Trainers support a customer project to improve AI systems through expert-level video annotation and data labeling.

Key responsibilities
- Review robotic-arm videos and identify key actions, events, and outcomes.
- Apply detailed guidelines to tag and annotate video events accurately.
- Mark precise start and end timestamps for actions, transitions, and outcomes.
- Check timing accuracy and correct annotation inconsistencies or drift.
- Use video annotation tools to create and submit high-quality datasets.
- Resolve ambiguities with project teams and maintain annotation consistency.
- Participate in quality reviews and incorporate feedback to maintain standards.
Required qualifications
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing visual data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in video annotation, data labeling, or similar projects is preferred.
- Familiarity with video annotation and timeline-based labeling tools is preferred.
- Experience with frame-level or timecode-based annotation is preferred.
- A background in AI training, machine learning data preparation, or robotics is strongly preferred.
