Oversee restaurant and bar operations and room service where applicable.
The role focuses on daily operations, guest and employee satisfaction, service standards, and financial performance.
The position is full-time management at Kudai Road, Makkah.
Education and experience
- High school diploma or GED plus four years of food and beverage, culinary, or related professional experience; or a relevant two-year degree plus two years of related experience.
- Relevant degrees may include food service management, hotel and restaurant management, hospitality management, or business administration.
Operations and team leadership
- Manage daily operations, supervise employees, review staffing, and maintain restaurant, bar/lounge, and room-service standards.
- Coach and train employees, set goals, monitor performance, and support employee development and retention.
- Ensure compliance with food-service policies, food-handling and hygiene standards, applicable laws, and alcohol-service rules.
- Manage staffing, service delivery, purchasing, invoice payments, and financial performance.
Guest service
- Provide excellent guest service, address complaints, and gather guest feedback about food, service, and overall satisfaction.
- Implement corrective actions and continuous improvements to service quality.
- Assist service staff with floor cleaning during meals and high-demand periods.
