Represent property management in resolving guest situations, direct guests in the lobby, and track service issues.
Guest services and property operations
- Lead and supervise guest services teams, manage day-to-day operations, and maintain effective relationships across departments.
- Set work priorities, handle complaints and disputes, and intervene in guest or employee situations as needed.
- Maintain service standards and customer satisfaction; coach employees, provide feedback, and implement corrective action plans.
- Implement customer recognition and service programs and administer property policies and disciplinary procedures consistently.
- Manage payroll administration and assist with financial management using budgets, operating statements, and payroll reports.
- Coach, train, and develop employees; set performance standards and participate in discipline and performance appraisals.
- Share relevant information with colleagues and leaders and maintain visibility in public areas during peak times.
- Implement emergency plans and perform front desk duties during high-demand periods.
Education and experience
- Either a high school diploma or GED plus two years of guest services, front desk, or related professional experience; or a two-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major, with no work experience required.

- Full-time position.

- The role is not remote and is based at the property in Doha, Qatar.
