About Your Program

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, development, and execution of merchandising strategies for assigned product categories.
• Conduct regular analysis of sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations, product management) to ensure product availability, accurate product information, and effective promotional campaigns.
• Monitor and maintain product listings, ensuring high-quality images, descriptions, and pricing are consistently updated.
• Support the creation and optimization of product pages, landing pages, and promotional banners to maximize conversion rates.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports on merchandising effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations.
• Participate in seasonal planning and new product launches, contributing to strategic assortment decisions.
• Ensure compliance with JD Industrials merchandising guidelines and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw actionable conclusions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and experience with data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online retail best practices is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
