Experienced MEP QA/QC Engineer role with a growing contracting team in Dubai.
The work focuses on quality assurance and quality control of MEP works, preferably on UAE high-rise residential construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Inspect MEP works for compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Prepare and review ITPs, method statements, and QA/QC documentation; coordinate site inspections and consultant approvals.
- Manage WIRs, MIRs, and NCRs; monitor MEP installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Identify quality issues, recommend corrective actions, and follow NCRs through closure.
- Coordinate with project teams and maintain quality records for handover.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and at least 5 years of MEP QA/QC experience.
- Main-contractor experience on residential or high-rise projects; UAE construction experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of MEP procedures, UAE authority requirements, international standards, and QA/QC processes.
- Experience with ITPs, WIRs, MIRs, NCRs, and related quality documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD; good English and communication skills.
- Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.
