MEP Project Manager
on behalf of a leading MEP contractor in the UAE to deliver a major
data centre project in Dubai
.
This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the region's most respected contractors and play a key role in the successful delivery of a high-profile, technically complex mission-critical facility
.
Key Responsibilitie
- s:Lead the delivery of all MEP works from construction through to testing, commissioning and handove
- r.Manage project teams, subcontractors, suppliers and client stakeholder
- s.Ensure project delivery is achieved safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standard
- s.Oversee planning, procurement, resource allocation and commercial performanc
- e.Drive programme milestones and coordinate closely with civil, architectural and specialist contractor
- s.Manage testing, commissioning and integrated systems validation activitie
- s.
Requiremen
- ts:Degree qualified in Mechanical or Electrical Engineeri
- ng.Proven experience working for a recognised MEP contract
- or.Strong track record delivering large-scale MEP projects in the UAE or wider Middle Ea
- st.Previous data centre, mission-critical, hyperscale, healthcare or other technically complex project experience is highly desirab
- le.Strong leadership, stakeholder management and project delivery skil
- ls.
