Investment Banker \| AI-Driven Real Estate Platform \| Dubai
We are currently working with an innovative Dubai-based technology platform that is redefining how complex buildings and real estate assets are managed through AI-powered automation and operational intelligence.
This business is at the forefront of transforming asset performance, enabling owners, operators, and investors to achieve measurable improvements in operational efficiency, energy consumption, and portfolio returns across large-scale real estate portfolios.
As part of their continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Associate Investment Banker to work directly alongside the CEO on capital raising initiatives, investor engagement, and strategic expansion projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain sophisticated financial models for investment analysis and capital raising
- Support fundraising activities across institutional investors, REITs, infrastructure funds, and family offices
- Develop compelling investment materials and articulate the commercial value of AI-driven operational improvements
- Lead investor engagement activities and assist with cross-border transactions
- Analyse portfolio performance, asset optimisation strategies, and long-term value creation initiatives
- Work closely with leadership on global expansion and strategic growth opportunities
- Bridge traditional real estate finance with a technology-enabled, outcome-based commercial model
Requirements
- Proven experience within Investment Banking, Real Estate Finance, Asset Management, or Private Equity
- Strong background in Financial Modelling and Investment Analysis
- Exposure to REITs, infrastructure funds, or institutional real estate investments
- Experience engaging with investors and supporting capital raising processes
- Understanding of AI automation, PropTech, or technology-enabled real estate solutions is highly advantageous
- Strong commercial acumen and exceptional presentation skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with direct exposure to senior leadership
