Role overview
MEP Project Manager leading and managing MEP works across construction projects.

Minimum 12 years of MEP construction, project execution, team management, and coordination experience; UAE experience preferred.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and oversee MEP activities from project commencement to completion.
- Lead and coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire-fighting works.
- Review and approve MEP drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Monitor progress, manpower, materials, budgets, schedules, and project costs.
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and UAE authority requirements.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover; resolve technical issues and manage risks.
- Manage project teams and resources; prepare progress reports for senior management.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in MEP construction and project management.
- Strong experience managing MEP works in building construction projects.
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, electrical, and fire-fighting systems.
- Experience in project planning, budgeting, procurement coordination, and team management.
- Knowledge of technical drawings, specifications, quality control, and HSE requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Must be available to join immediately; candidates in the UAE are preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred; Master's degree preferred.
- UAE construction experience and Arabic are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 12,000–15,000 per month.
