Position Overview
The position is HR Manager for a construction and contracting company in the UAE.
The role requires a minimum of 10 to 12 years of UAE experience in HR, preferably in construction or contracting.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage the complete HR function for the company and project sites.
- Handle recruitment, manpower planning, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Manage labour matters, employment contracts, leave, disciplinary actions, and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE requirements.
- Coordinate payroll, WPS, salary-related issues, and employee benefits.
- Handle visa, Emirates ID, medical, work permit, insurance, and other employee documentation.
- Coordinate with government authorities and external agencies when required.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and company rules.
- Handle grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain HR databases, personnel files, and HR reports.
- Coordinate with project managers, site management, camp administration, and senior management.
- Manage HR requirements for a large construction workforce.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- At least 10 to 12 years of UAE HR experience is required.
- Construction or contracting company experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, WPS, visa, and immigration procedures is required.
- Strong recruitment and manpower-management experience is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- English, Hindi, and Urdu must be excellent, and Arabic must be advanced.
- Strong MS Office and HR documentation skills are required.
- The candidate must be able to work independently and handle a high-volume workforce.
- Immediate joining is preferred.
Pay
- Pay is AED 7,000 to AED 10,000 per month.

- The work location is in person.
