Supervise and coordinate HVAC ducting installation at construction sites in the UAE.

Installation and site coordination
- Supervise daily HVAC duct installation; interpret HVAC drawings, duct layouts, and shop drawings.
- Coordinate installation of GI ducts, insulation, flexible ducts, dampers, grilles, and diffusers.
- Ensure duct alignment, supports, hangers, and installation follow approved drawings.
- Allocate work to duct installers and helpers, monitor productivity, and coordinate with engineers and other trades.
Quality, materials, and reporting
- Ensure work meets drawings, specifications, and quality standards; coordinate duct leakage testing and inspections as applicable.
- Monitor material needs and report shortages; enforce site safety and housekeeping.
- Report daily progress, manpower requirements, and issues to the MEP Engineer or Project Manager.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of UAE experience as an HVAC Ducting Foreman in building construction or MEP contracting.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC duct installation, GI ductwork, insulation, dampers, and air distribution systems.
- Ability to read HVAC and shop drawings and experience supervising duct installers and helpers.
- Good site coordination and communication skills; must be available to join immediately.
- Candidates currently in the UAE are preferred.
Pay
- The description states AED 4,000–5,000 per hour; the structured salary field lists AED 4,000 per month.
