Site Engineer responsible for day-to-day technical supervision of construction works across a luxury villa fit-out project.
Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and the project programme.
Location and work arrangement
- Dubai, UAE.
- Work is in person.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities and review drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate setting-out, measurements, dimensions, levels, and installation details.
- Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP works; review shop drawings and raise technical queries.
- Monitor subcontractor workmanship, inspections, approvals, progress, and technical issue resolution.
- Report delays to the Project Manager and maintain daily site reports.
- Coordinate material deliveries and inspections; assist with snagging and final inspections.
- Ensure completed work conforms to approved drawings.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of site experience; interior fit-out experience preferred.
- High-end residential project experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and details.
- Good knowledge of finishes, joinery, ceilings, flooring, and MEP coordination.
- Strong communication and site management skills.
Compensation and employment
- Full-time employment.
- Pay is AED 2,674.28–10,000 per month.
