Membership Experience Manager

Overview

Member Experience & Engagement

• Develop and deliver a dynamic annual calendar of member events, social activities, and networking opportunities.
• Create memorable experiences that strengthen member engagement and club loyalty.
• Actively interact with members to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations.
• Support the onboarding and integration of new members into the club community.

Event Planning & Management

• Plan, coordinate, and execute member events from concept to completion.
• Manage event budgets, suppliers, logistics, timelines, and operational requirements.
• Ensure all events are delivered to the highest standards and exceed member expectations.
• Evaluate event success through attendance, feedback, and engagement metrics.

Member Relations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with members.
• Act as a key point of contact for member feedback and suggestions.
• Monitor member satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for service improvement.
• Work proactively to enhance the overall member journey and club experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Golf Operations, Food & Beverage, Marketing, Events, and Club Management teams.
• Coordinate event promotion and member communications with the Marketing team.
• Support membership growth, retention, and engagement initiatives.

Club Culture & Community Building

• Foster a welcoming, social, and inclusive club environment.
• Develop programmes that encourage networking and relationship-building among members.
• Introduce innovative ideas and best practices from the hospitality, leisure, and golf industries.

Essential

• University Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Events Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Membership, Customer Experience, Hospitality, Events, or Club Operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong event management and project coordination experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Desirable

• Experience within a golf club, country club, private members' club, or luxury hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of golf operations and membership club structures.
• Experience in customer engagement, sales, or marketing.
