About This Role

Female Gym Membership Consultant – Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming enquiries and generate leads through calls, walk-ins, and referrals

  • Make outbound calls daily to prospective members and follow up on leads

  • Explain membership plans, group classes, and personal training packages to clients

  • Conduct gym/facility tours and convert enquiries into memberships

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals

  • Maintain proper follow-up records and update client details in the system

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members to ensure renewals and referrals

  • Coordinate with trainers and front desk for smooth onboarding of new members

  • Handle basic customer queries and provide excellent service
