Sales Consultant – Roles & Responsibilities
Handle incoming enquiries and generate leads through calls, walk-ins, and referrals
Make outbound calls daily to prospective members and follow up on leads
Explain membership plans, group classes, and personal training packages to clients
Conduct gym/facility tours and convert enquiries into memberships
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals
Maintain proper follow-up records and update client details in the system
Build and maintain strong relationships with members to ensure renewals and referrals
Coordinate with trainers and front desk for smooth onboarding of new members
Handle basic customer queries and provide excellent service
