Role Description
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Medical Sales Specialist to join MedRef’s expanding team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, promoting MedRef’s products and solutions, and driving sales growth across hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and healthcare institutions.
This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, strong healthcare or medical background, and a passion for delivering value to clients in the medical sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote MedRef’s solutions to healthcare providers and institutions ensuring services adoption and conversion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and patient experience teams.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customers' services, market trends, and competitor activity if any.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction
- Attend medical conferences, exhibitions, and networking events when required
- Periodic follow up on the execution of converted leads with patient experience/guest relation or PR teams
Qualifications
- Digital Savviness inclusive with knowledge of CRM and EMR tools and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
- Strong skills in Account Management and Sales to build, maintain, and grow client relationships effectively.
- Solid Analytical Skills to evaluate customer data, identify trends, and develop strategic solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and a results-driven approach to meeting objectives.
- Familiarity with healthcare or referral processes is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site team environment in Doha, Qatar.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
