About This Role
Job Summary
The Medical Representative is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals within an assigned territory.
The role involves building relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and healthcare institutions to enhance product awareness, among HCPs and expand across assigned territory or Brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote company products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Achieve monthly, Quarterly and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Arrange regular visits and presentations to healthcare providers.
- Provide accurate scientific and product information.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customers feedback.
- Organize and participate in medical conferences, CME events, and promotional activities.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and follow-up activities.
- Prepare daily call reports and sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with UAE pharmaceutical regulations and company ethical standards.
- Coordinate with direct Report manager and marketing teams to implement strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, or related healthcare field.
- Previous 1-2 Years pharmaceutical sales experience is preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license required.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good command of English & Arabic.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Working Conditions
