Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven **Sales and Marketing Manager** to lead the sales and marketing activities of our healthcare/homecare company.

The ideal candidate must have **at least 5 years of experience in the medical or healthcare field**, with strong experience in business development, client acquisition, team management, healthcare marketing, and revenue growth.

The role requires a professional who can develop sales strategies, manage marketing campaigns, build partnerships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, laboratories, corporate clients, and referral sources, while leading the team to achieve monthly and annual business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue, client acquisition, and market share for healthcare and homecare services.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the healthcare, homecare, corporate, insurance, clinic, hospital, and medical service sectors.
  • Promote company services such as home nursing, elderly care, doctor-on-call, physiotherapy, lab tests at home, post-operative care, medical assistance, and other healthcare solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, specialists, pharmacies, laboratories, corporate clients, and referral partners.
  • Create strategic partnerships that support long-term business growth.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer needs in the healthcare/homecare sector.
  • Develop and manage sales pipelines to ensure consistent lead generation and conversion.
  • Prepare and present proposals, service packages, corporate agreements, and partnership plans.
  • Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and business deals with clients and partners.
  • Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets are achieved.
  • Develop and oversee marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and service enquiries.
  • Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital platforms, social media, Google Ads, SEO, website, email marketing, and offline channels.
  • Work with the digital marketing, content, SEO, website, and design teams to ensure all marketing activities support business objectives.
  • Review and approve marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, website content, social media campaigns, and promotional offers.
  • Ensure healthcare marketing content is accurate, professional, ethical, and aligned with company branding.
  • Identify suitable healthcare events, exhibitions, community outreach programs, and corporate wellness opportunities.
  • Manage promotional campaigns for healthcare packages, seasonal services, doctor-on-call services, homecare packages, and wellness programs.
  • Monitor marketing campaign performance and recommend improvements based on lead quality, conversion rate, cost per lead, and return on investment.
  • Strengthen the company’s market positioning within the healthcare and homecare industry.
  • Lead, train, and supervise the sales and marketing team to achieve performance targets.
  • Assign sales targets, lead responsibilities, campaign tasks, and follow-up duties to team members.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly team performance, including calls, meetings, leads, conversions, revenue, and client follow-ups.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, challenges, and action plans.
  • Coach team members on healthcare service knowledge, sales techniques, client communication, objection handling, and professional follow-up.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales and marketing staff when required.
  • Ensure the team follows company policies, reporting standards, and professional communication guidelines.
  • Motivate the team to improve productivity, accountability, and client satisfaction.
  • Meet key clients, families, corporate partners, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals to build trust and develop business relationships.
  • Handle high-value clients, VIP clients, corporate accounts, and important referral partners.
  • Ensure clients receive accurate information about services, pricing, care options, booking procedures, and follow-up processes.
  • Support the team in converting major enquiries into confirmed bookings or long-term care packages.
  • Resolve escalated client concerns, complaints, or service-related issues in coordination with operations and management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to support retention, repeat bookings, and referrals.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities where suitable and ethical.
  • Work closely with operations, doctors, nurses, care coordinators, customer service, billing, and management teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Ensure confirmed sales are properly handed over to the operations team with complete client information.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to avoid service delays, booking issues, or client dissatisfaction.
  • Provide feedback from clients and referral partners to improve service quality and customer experience.
  • Support the development of healthcare packages and service offers based on market demand and client needs.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales performance, revenue, lead generation, conversions, marketing campaigns, and team productivity.
  • Track sales targets, campaign results, referral sources, client acquisition cost, conversion rates, and return on investment.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, client databases, and partner information.
  • Analyze lost leads, inactive clients, competitor activity, and market opportunities.
  • Present performance reports, business development updates, and growth plans to senior management.
  • Recommend improvements to sales processes, marketing campaigns, pricing, packages, and client experience.
  • Ensure all sales and marketing activities follow company policies, healthcare advertising standards, patient confidentiality requirements, and local regulations.
  • Maintain ethical communication when promoting healthcare and homecare services.
  • Ensure patient information and client data are handled securely and confidentially.
  • Participate in management meetings, audits, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives when required.
  • Represent the company professionally in all meetings, events, partnerships, and client interactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum **5 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or client relations within the medical/healthcare field**.
  • Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, homecare company, medical center, laboratory, pharmacy, insurance, or healthcare service company is preferred.
  • Proven experience in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience managing a sales or marketing team is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare services, patient needs, medical service coordination, and healthcare market trends.
  • Excellent business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to build partnerships with clinics, hospitals, doctors, laboratories, pharmacies, and corporate clients.
  • Ability to manage marketing campaigns and coordinate with digital marketing teams.
  • Strong reporting, analytical, and planning skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly and annual targets.
  • Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
  • UAE healthcare or homecare experience is preferred.
  • Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in homecare, doctor-on-call, nursing services, physiotherapy, diagnostics, elderly care, or corporate healthcare services.
  • Existing healthcare network with clinics, hospitals, doctors, laboratories, pharmacies, insurance partners, or corporate clients.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, Google Ads, social media campaigns, CRM systems, and lead management.
  • Ability to create sales strategies, marketing plans, service packages, and partnership proposals.
