We are looking for a professional and target-driven **Sales and Marketing Executive** to join our healthcare/homecare company.
The ideal candidate must have a **minimum of 2 years of experience in the medical or healthcare field** and should be confident in promoting healthcare services, generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting marketing activities.
The role involves meeting clients, families, clinics, hospitals, doctors, corporate partners, and other referral sources to promote the company’s homecare and healthcare services.
The candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of medical services, and the ability to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for healthcare and homecare services.
- Promote company services such as home nursing, elderly care, doctor-on-call, physiotherapy, lab tests at home, medical assistance, and other healthcare solutions.
- Contact potential clients, patients, families, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, laboratories, and corporate partners to introduce company services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, referral partners, and corporate clients.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, meetings, and site visits.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed appointments, service bookings, or long-term care packages.
- Meet monthly sales targets, lead generation targets, and conversion goals.
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable healthcare or homecare services.
- Prepare and present service proposals, quotations, packages, and basic company presentations when required.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and referral partners.
- Communicate with patients, families, and partners in a professional, polite, and confident manner.
- Explain healthcare and homecare services clearly, including service benefits, pricing, booking process, and care options.
- Handle client questions, concerns, and objections professionally.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with new and existing clients to improve satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure clients receive smooth and timely service.
- Support client onboarding by collecting required information and coordinating initial bookings or assessments.
- Escalate service concerns, complaints, or urgent client requirements to the appropriate department.
- Support marketing campaigns to increase awareness of the company’s healthcare and homecare services.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional activities, healthcare awareness campaigns, and service campaigns.
- Coordinate with the content, digital marketing, and design teams to create marketing materials.
- Provide service information, client feedback, and market insights to improve marketing content.
- Support social media, website, brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital campaign activities when required.
- Participate in healthcare events, exhibitions, corporate meetings, clinic visits, and community outreach activities.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences in the healthcare/homecare sector.
- Work closely with operations, nursing, doctors, care coordinators, customer service, billing, and management teams.
- Ensure accurate communication of client requirements to the relevant departments.
- Coordinate appointment bookings, service confirmations, follow-ups, and client updates.
- Support smooth handover of confirmed clients to the operations or care coordination team.
- Assist in resolving service-related issues to maintain client satisfaction and trust.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, meetings, proposals, and conversions.
- Update CRM systems, lead trackers, sales reports, and marketing activity records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, leads generated, conversions, and client feedback.
- Track pending enquiries, lost leads, active prospects, and closed deals.
- Provide management with updates on market opportunities, client requirements, and business development progress.
Requirements
- Minimum **2 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or client relations within the medical/healthcare field**.
- Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, homecare company, medical center, laboratory, pharmacy, or healthcare service company is preferred.
- Good understanding of healthcare services, patient needs, and medical service coordination.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain healthcare services clearly and professionally.
- Confident in handling patients, families, doctors, clinics, and corporate clients.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work in a performance-driven environment.
- Good follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple leads at the same time.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media, or healthcare promotions is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
- UAE healthcare or homecare experience is preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

- Experience in homecare, doctor-on-call services, nursing services, physiotherapy, diagnostics, or healthcare packages.
- Existing network with clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, laboratories, doctors, or corporate clients.
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell healthcare services ethically and professionally.
