Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed consultations with patients to understand their aesthetic concerns, medical history, expectations, and treatment goals.
• Assess skin condition, facial structure, aging concerns, and suitability for aesthetic procedures.
• Explain available aesthetic treatment options clearly, including benefits, limitations, risks, aftercare, and expected results.
• Recommend personalized treatment plans based on the patient’s needs, clinical assessment, and safety guidelines.
• Identify patients who are not suitable for certain procedures and provide appropriate medical advice or referral when required.
• Ensure all patient expectations are managed professionally and realistically.
• Perform approved aesthetic treatments in line with medical licensing regulations and clinic protocols.
• Carry out procedures such as Botox, dermal fillers, skin boosters, PRP, mesotherapy, chemical peels, anti-aging treatments, and other non-surgical aesthetic services where licensed and trained.
• Provide skin and facial aesthetic consultations for concerns such as pigmentation, acne, fine lines, wrinkles, skin texture, and facial rejuvenation.
• Ensure all procedures are performed safely, hygienically, and according to clinical best practices.
• Monitor patients during and after treatment to ensure safety and comfort.
• Manage minor treatment-related reactions or complications appropriately and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain high standards of infection control, sterilization, and patient safety.
• Provide general medical consultations when required.
• Assess patients’ general health before aesthetic treatments to ensure suitability.
• Review medical conditions, allergies, medications, pregnancy status, and contraindications before performing procedures.
• Prescribe medications or aftercare products where clinically appropriate and within licensing regulations.
• Provide medical advice related to skin health, wellness, and post-treatment care.
• Refer patients to specialists or emergency care when clinically necessary.
• Communicate with patients in a professional, respectful, and empathetic manner.
• Build trust with patients by providing honest, ethical, and clear medical guidance.
• Answer patient questions regarding aesthetic treatments, pricing, procedure steps, recovery time, and expected outcomes.
• Support patient retention through high-quality care, follow-ups, and professional treatment planning.
• Handle patient concerns, complaints, or dissatisfaction professionally and escalate to management when required.
• Educate patients on skincare routines, maintenance treatments, and long-term aesthetic care.
• Recommend suitable aesthetic and healthcare services based on patient needs and clinical suitability.
• Support ethical upselling and cross-selling of treatments, packages, skincare products, or follow-up sessions where appropriate.
• Assist the sales, reception, and appointment teams by explaining treatments and helping patients make informed decisions.
• Support conversion of consultations into confirmed treatment bookings while maintaining medical ethics and patient safety.
• Participate in promotional campaigns, patient awareness activities, and aesthetic service launches when required.
• Maintain accurate patient records, consultation notes, consent forms, treatment plans, prescriptions, procedure details, and follow-up documentation.
• Ensure informed consent is obtained before all aesthetic procedures.
• Follow company policies, healthcare authority regulations, medical ethics, and patient confidentiality requirements.
• Ensure proper handling of sensitive medical and personal information.
• Comply with local healthcare authority standards for aesthetic practice, infection control, documentation, and patient safety.
• Participate in audits, quality checks, training sessions, and internal meetings when required.

Requirements

• Valid medical license or eligibility to practice as a General Practitioner.
• Experience in aesthetic medicine is required.
• Certification or training in aesthetic procedures such as Botox, fillers, PRP, skin boosters, chemical peels, or related treatments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, skin assessment, patient safety, and aesthetic treatment planning.
• Good clinical judgment and ability to identify contraindications or complications.
• Excellent communication and patient consultation skills.
• Ability to explain procedures, risks, and aftercare clearly to patients.
• Professional appearance, strong ethical standards, and patient-focused attitude.
• Ability to work with reception, sales, nursing, and management teams.
• Proficiency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
• Previous experience in a clinic, medical center, dermatology clinic, aesthetic clinic, or wellness center is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Botox, fillers, PRP, mesotherapy, skin boosters, facial rejuvenation, anti-aging treatments, and skincare consultations.
• Strong ability to build patient trust and provide high-quality aesthetic consultations.
• Knowledge of skincare products and treatment maintenance plans.
• Experience in patient retention, treatment package recommendations, and follow-up care.
• UAE healthcare or aesthetic clinic experience is preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage if travel between branches or client locations is required.
