Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Media Sales role based in the Riyadh Region as part of the Riyadh Team.

The Media Sales professional will identify and develop new business opportunities with brands, agencies, and partners, focusing on influencer marketing and digital media campaigns.

Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing media plans and tailored proposals, and managing the sales pipeline through to closing.

The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and influencers to align campaign deliverables, negotiating terms and pricing, and monitoring campaign performance to ensure client satisfaction and renewals.

The individual will maintain accurate records in CRM tools, provide regular sales forecasts and reports, and stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging social platforms.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in media sales, advertising sales, or influencer marketing sales, preferably within digital or social media environments.
  • Strong client relationship management skills, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and account growth.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms, creator ecosystems, and digital campaign performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, ROI).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities in a professional, client-facing context.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams (account management, creative, operations) and external stakeholders (brands, agencies, creators).
  • Comfort working with sales targets, CRM tools, and structured sales processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Knowledge of the Riyadh and broader regional market, with the ability to understand local cultural and consumer insights.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial.
  • Please note this position is commission based - 25% uncapped
