**Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Doha, Qatar, for a Media Sales Executive. The Media Sales Executive will focus on driving revenue by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and creating innovative media sales strategies. Daily responsibilities include lead generation, client outreach, business development, providing tailored advertising solutions, and managing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and sustained growth.

Key Responsibitities**

Identify and connect with potential clients via calls, networking, emails, or industry events

Understand client needs and pitch customized service packages

Prepare proposals and quotations

Close deals and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets

Maintain a strong pipeline through CRM tools

Collaborate with project and creative teams for smooth delivery

Stay updated on digital trends and competitor offerings

Report sales activity, feedback, and forecast accurately

What We're Looking For

experience in media, creative, or digital agency sales

Strong understanding of services like video production, photography, social media, and digital marketing

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Proven record of achieving or exceeding targets

Candidates currently residing in Doha are highly preferred

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Media Sales and Sales, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation for identifying and acquiring new clients
  • Proficiency in Account Management to maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Familiarity with the media and advertising industry in Doha or the broader Middle East region is an advantage
