  • Description: Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all mechanical engineering activities across multiple MEP projects
  • Establish technical standards, procedures, and best practices for mechanical systems delivery
  • Review and approve mechanical designs, shop drawings, and value engineering proposals
  • Provide strategic technical guidance to project teams, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule objectives are met
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders on complex technical matters
  • Mentor and develop mechanical engineers, ensuring capability growth and technical excellence

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; master’s degree preferred
  • 15+ years of experience in mechanical engineering within large-scale MEP contracting projects
  • In-depth expertise in HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, and building services systems
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong commercial awareness, technical decision-making, and risk management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
