  • Description: ►Responsibilities
  • Design, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems across the broiler processing plant and farm operations, including production lines, ventilation, and feeding systems
  • Monitor and ensure optimal performance of electrical equipment such as motors, control panels, generators, and power distribution networks
  • Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure continuous plant operations
  • Diagnose complex electrical faults and implement effective solutions in a timely manner
  • Support and optimize automation and control systems (PLC, SCADA) to improve operational efficiency and reliability
  • Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, regulations, and biosecurity requirements across all facilities
  • Participate in installation, commissioning, and upgrading of electrical systems and equipment ►Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering within industrial, manufacturing, or poultry processing environments
  • Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motor controls, power distribution, and protection systems
  • Hands-on experience with PLCs, SCADA systems, and industrial automation
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues in a high-demand environment
  • Solid understanding of preventive maintenance practices and reliability principles
  • Good communication and teamwork skills with the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams More
