  • Description: Overview Our client is a leading poultry production company based in Qatar, seeking a highly experienced and hands-on HR Department Head to lead the Human Resources function across farm operations, production facilities, and administrative offices. This role is responsible for managing all HR activities including workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, and organizational development, with a strong focus on operational environments and blue-collar workforce management. Description:
  • 1.
  • Lead and manage the full HR function including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and administration.
  • 2.
  • Develop HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business goals and operational growth.
  • 3.
  • Oversee manpower planning and recruitment for farm operations, production, logistics, and support functions.
  • 4.
  • Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law, internal policies, and health & safety regulations.
  • 5.
  • Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leave records, and employee benefits in coordination with Finance.
  • 6.
  • Handle disciplinary matters, grievances, investigations, and conflict resolution professionally.
  • 7.
  • Lead performance management processes including appraisals, KPIs, development plans, and succession planning.
  • 8.
  • Build employee engagement and retention initiatives to improve morale and productivity.
  • 9.
  • Manage and develop the HR team while supporting department managers on all people-related matters.
  • 10.
  • Prepare HR reports related to headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and workforce planning for management review.
