Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 4–6 years of UAE/GCC MEP construction experience; the posting separately lists 2 years of UAE MEP construction experience as required.
- Strong HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting experience; knowledge of UAE authority requirements and site procedures.
- Ability to read MEP and coordination drawings and project specifications; strong coordination, communication, and site management skills.
- Commercial, industrial, warehouse, or infrastructure project experience and immediate availability are preferred.
- A driving license is listed as required.
Responsibilities
- Supervise mechanical MEP works and review drawings, specifications, and method statements before execution.
- Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and material delivery; monitor progress, manpower, materials, and schedules.
- Prepare site updates and reports; raise RFIs and technical clarifications; address issues to prevent delays.
- Support inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover; ensure compliance with project requirements and HSE practices.
